Usually, gaming is associated with an unhealthy lifestyle and lost of junk food, but I don’t agree that this is the case. Everyone loves to enjoy something sweet and delicious while raiding with the guild or during a battleground and that’s totally fine if you replace the junks snacks with something healthy.
Usually, I make those Raw Vegan Chocolate bites once per week and I’m supplied with healthy, high energy food for the whole week.
I saw this recipe for the first time on THIS amazing blog, but it’s in Bulgarian.
80 g of raw sesame seeds
40 g of coconut shavings
25 g of raw cocoa powder
80 g of agave syrup
50 g of coconut oil
spices: cinnamon, star anise, cardamom
How to prepare them?
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them until they become homogeneous. You’ll need to mix them for a few minutes because there might be some lumps of coconut oil otherwise.
Once homogeneous, Form the dough into a small rectangle on baking paper, measuring approximately 12 × 14 cm. Place it in a box or cover it with foil for fresh storage and leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
When the mixture is cooled enough, cut it into small rectangles and you are ready!
Keep in mind that those are high energy Raw Vegan Chocolate bites and if you eat too much you won’t be able to fall asleep (if you intend to sleep at all ]:)).
